I created an .eps using Illustrator and I had to import an icon into the image. For some reason when I pull the image through FlightCheck it flags the image as "Stored" data and doesn't pass. How would I get this to stop?

Not sure...

In years past, embedded images didn't work well with some RIPs - so maybe that's why it's flagging it.
If that is the case, try LINKING the image in your Illustrator file, rather than embedding it. You can check it in the Layers panel.
