Leopard 10.5.2 update not compatible with Linotype FontExplorer X

If anyone depends on Linotype FontExplorer X I would suggest you wait with updating to MacOS X 10.5.2. The dock hangs as soon as you try to open a stack while Linotype FontExplorer X is running.

Suitcase is apparently immune to whatever is causing the problem.

FontAgent Pro

FontAgent Pro doesn't have any problems with 10.5.2, might want to look into FontAgent Pro.

No issues here

I use Suitcase with Adobe Creative Suite 3 and have had no issues at all, just in case anyone is wondering.

You Can run Linotype, just

You Can run Linotype, just have the Stacks in List View and start it AFTER start Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign or Flash. Dreamweaver is unaffected.

Font Explorer vs. Skype / Mail / Firefox

Font Explorer works like a charm on my system, but Skype, Firefox and Mail keep on freezing since the update...

Suitcase Fusion

Actually, I'm seeing that there is a slight problem with Suitcase and stacks in the 10.5.2 update. If the stacks are set to open as anything other than a list, there is a four second delay before the grid or fan pops up. At the same time, stuff like [Suitcase Fusion[254]: *** -[NSConditionLock unlock]: lock ( '(null)') unlocked from thread which did not lock it] is written to the system log from when the stack is pressed to the moment it pops up as a grid or fan. If the stack is set as a list, it pops up immediately and there is no such entries in the system log.

Font Explorer Update

Just update FontExplorer to the last version:
LinoType FontExplorer X 1.2.3 build 833

No problems here

I have no problems with 10.5.2 and CS3, Suitcase or any other applications.

Linotype

after i made a update to 10.5.2 i just can't import any font in the basic character type catalogue or linotype. You can see the font en you can open them but after a second he is giving a note: No fonts with the specified format(s) were found in the selected files or folders.

Before i updated my tiger to leopard I didn't had any problems.

do one of you have a solution for this problem?
