It isn't often, but every once in a while you find yourself having to convert a color from CMYK to RGB. Most likely, this is a client giving you their CMYK colors to use in a Web layout, or similar situation.
While this process is rarely successful because you lose color info when doing so, this color conversion tool will help you get the most accurate color conversion possible.
Does anyone know how this

Conversion in PS and AI
Thu, 05/15/2008 - 05:22 — Jamesis dependent on color profiles. Therefore, the conversion will be different depending on what profiles and color settings you are using.

Gosh, this website is filled
Thu, 05/15/2008 - 13:47 — Visitor (not verified)Gosh, this website is filled with problems and inaccuracies. It is impossible to do a conversion from CMYK to RGB without using a profile. They should at least inform us of what CMYK profile, and what RGB profile are being used.
They also state these two terribly inaccurate statements. "Therefore, although one can convert any RGB to CMYK without losing information, the inverse is not the case. When a CMYK color is converted to RGB, some information is lost."
