If you haven't noticed your Adobe Software Update app launch lately, you'll be happy to know that they've recently updated Adobe InDesign and Photoshop CS4 with a host of bug fixes. Here's a brief breakdown of what's new.

- InDesign document with very large images with a high effective resolution fails to export to PDF.
- Photoshop clipping paths drop out for certain placed EPS’s unless “Read Embedded OPI Image Links” is chosen in Import options.
- Master Page Items from a placed InDesign document are dropped when exporting to PDF.

Thanks for the updates
Thu, 02/26/2009 - 17:24 — ProjectCenter (not verified)I'll be getting to those right away. By the way, I love your tweets.
That's all there is to it?
Fri, 02/27/2009 - 02:10 — Mike Jones (not verified)I don't know about Indesign but is that really all for Photoshop, 6 bugs? In these 3-4 months, they've spotted only 6 bugs?? I could supply Adobe with at least a dozen more, much more frustrating than these.
I was really expecting so much more, considering they dragged their feet so long before releasing this update. Photoshop CS4 is such buggy software, I regret upgrading from CS3.
Haven't noticed any myself
Fri, 02/27/2009 - 03:03 — JamesMaybe I'm just lucky, but I haven't noticed any of the listed bugs, nor any others. Things I don't like, sure. Things that don't exactly work the way I think they probably should, absolutely. But flat out bugs in the software, nope.
Doesn't mean they aren't there though.... ;-)
