A day to late but this article definitely sums up all the bs there are on9.
All these claims about “new products, Apple-killer this and that” is just so annoying!
In the end they’re all just apple-wannabees, always following never leading.

Google is all unicorns, rainbows & sprinkled with magic dust. Never mind that they have no experience in customer service, UI, hardware, building an OS or a platform, retail & marketing, etc/, etc., etc. Of course they will acquire all these skills overnight. Web apps are suddenly the way to go. When Apple did it, the iOS or iPhone couldn’t be considered a real platform/smart phone until there were native apps…this list could go on forever. Google’s Android is open. Why can’t anyone, except Google, write native apps?
