Yes, it includes images. You can’t have any files/documents open in the program.

Actually I spoke too soon. What do you mean by “no document open?” Does that include image files?

I’ll have to try it in CS5 in Windows at the office to see if it still works there.

In the windows version (of Photoshop CS3) this works even if you have other documents open. All you need is a tiny bit of the gray area available to click on.
