One of the new features in Adobe InDesign CS4 is Live Preflight. While CS3 had preflighting capabilities, they were overly-basic – which is to say pretty much useless. InDesign CS4’s Live Preflight not only improves upon the CS3 feature, but expands it to include enough tools to make it possibly the only preflighting tool you’ll need. Document, Text, Image, Object, Color and Links are all checked against a specified preflight profile, which you can customize to your liking.
