It will keep us from having too many files all over the place. I too like David have been waiting far too long for this option. I work in the print industry and clients are always wanting to see a variation of sizes including portrait and landscape proofs of their work, so it is vital to be able to have this option in one file.

Multiple page sizes allows for easy management of files with unusual page requirements, such as books with foldout pages for photos or charts. I recently created a book with a number of foldouts for a client. Revisions, preparing PDF proofs and final art assembly were exercises in file organization. Maintaining a single, comprehensive file would have saved valuable time.

Plus, since the logos are aligned exactly on top of each other in Illustrator, you don’t need to reposition the linked file when changing the logo from black to CMYK or to spot colours – just click the layer on or off!

I just ran into this today… the homepage is much shorter than a page with blog posts for example. Multiple page sizes FTW!

He must not keep good backups. :) I like your suggestions.
