PS… You may need to go into ClickToFlash Preferences > Shortcut Menu > make sure Download Video is clicked.

@James, while ClickToFlash is enabled, when watching a video on YT, right click and the contextual menu will have “download video” Because ClickToFlash coverts Flash to HTML is the very reason you can now download it.

I have ClickToFlash installed, but see no option to download videos. This is probably because YouTube has switched from Flash to HTML5 for the video display.

Safari extension (ClickToFlash) allows you to down load Youtube videos. Removing and saving audio can be done with (Preview) a native app in OS X. Convert video formant with Miro Video Converter or MPEG StreamClip all for free. I’ve never found the need to down load more than one video at a time, but I admit, that’s a great option.
