Bittbox has released their latest Free Texture Tuesday collection, titled Scratches Five very nice high-resolution textures are available for download. I’m a big fan of textures for use in my designs. They make excellent background images and overlays.

Free sticky tape brushes & textures
Photoshop Brushes are an easy way to spice up your designs. Grab them, place them and you’re done. Fudgegraphics has a collection of sticky tape brushes and textures to enhance your latest Photoshop design. 
The Brush collection is a single, 25.3MB file, containing 15 brushes averaging over 2,000 pixels in size. The Texture collection is a 39MB ZIP file containing 15 PNG files of the same images as the brush set. You can download Sticky Tape absolutely free from Fudgegraphics.
Free high-res concrete textures
Bittbox gives away a pack of high-resolution textures for use in your design projects. Each texture is very high-quality, suitable for commercial printing. This week, Bittbox released their 100th texture – Concrete. The pack contains five grungy, cracked and spotted concrete textures. You can download them here.
50 fantastic fabric textures
DESIGNM.AG has posted a showcase of 50 free fabric textures which can be used in your design projects. Textures can be quite handy for backgrounds or borders in your Photoshop files. Compilations like this I typically keep in a folder on an external hard drive so they’re readily available should the need arise.
Free cardboard textures
HighResolutionTextures.com has released four free cardboard textures for use in your next personal or commercial project (CreativeCommons Attribution License). There are plenty of other textures available on the site, so be sure you check them out, and subscribe to the RSS feed to be notified when more become available.

Bittbox has posted the latest Free Texture Tuesday offering. Paint Splatters, a group of high resolution textures available for download now. You can grab textures from all over the Web, but Bittbox consistently offers very nice textures, which are high resolution enough to use in most all print work. In particular, I like the black-only paint texture (the last preview image on the page) in this weeks download. Don’t forget to check back at Bittbox each Tuesday for a new set of textures.

Jay over at Bittbox has just announced that he will be giving away five high resolution textures (3,000 x 2,000 pixels) every Tuesday of the year, absolutely free!
